Policies

  • Must be 21 years or older to reserve.
  • Any late check-ins or check-outs must be arranged prior to arrival.
  • Room(s) must be paid for in full prior to check-in.
  • A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is due when making the reservation.
  • Reservations may be canceled or changed up to 3 days prior to arrival. Refunds will not be given if the reservation is canceled within 3 days of arrival. A rescheduling fee may apply.
  • The person making the reservation is responsible for everyone in their party and their actions. Children and pets are to be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries due to or caused by the actions of irresponsible or neglectful guests.
  • Keep your doors locked and belongings secure. We are also not responsible for damage or loss of guests’ property.
  • A minimum $150 professional cleaning fee may be applied for excessive odor, stains, etc… such as from smoking or cleaning fish in the room.
  • Fees may be applied for theft and/or damages.
  • Additional fee(s) may be applied if bringing a pet.
  • Pets are never to be left unattended inside the guest room or outside.
  • Dogs must be on a leash anytime they are outside of the guest room.
  • Dog feces must be picked up at the time of movement and placed in anĀ outdoor receptacle.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside any of the guest rooms.
  • All smoking must be outside at least 15 ft from the restaurant entrances.
  • Making a reservation confirms you understand and agree with our policies and procedures.
